Silk Screen Printing

Screen printing is a printing method that transfers the ink through the perforations of the stencil to the substrate through pressure.

The principle of screen printing: first make a plate, mainly a paper film plate or other plates, make holes in the base to pass the ink; then press the pressure through the scraper, and transfer the ink on the plate through the mesh to the product to form a pattern.

it is suitable for spot color printing. In terms of four-color printing, it has a price advantage, but in the production, silk screen printing is one color by one color, slower than other printing technology and not good in the gradient color effect.
